Can I track my order?

Yes. We provide order updates throughout every stage of the shipping process. Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to your email.

If you do not receive updates, please double-check that your email address was entered correctly at checkout.

When will my order ship?

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped on Saturdays or Sundays.

How do I cancel my order?

We begin processing orders shortly after they are placed, so cancellations must be requested immediately.

If you contact us right away, we may be able to cancel your order before it ships. If your order has already been processed or shipped, you may return it after delivery according to our return policy.

What is your warranty policy?

Most products are covered by a limited 30-day warranty against manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, abuse, accidental damage, improper wiring, modifications, or operating products outside manufacturer specifications.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs when sending products back for warranty inspection. If the product qualifies under warranty, return shipping back to the customer will be covered by us.

Please package all returns carefully. Customers may be responsible for damages caused by improper packaging during return shipping.

What locations do you ship to?

We currently ship within the United States only. At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Expedited shipping is currently not available.

Will my order require a signature upon delivery?

Orders over $500 will require a signature upon delivery. Signatures may also be required for apartment complexes or commercial addresses regardless of order value.
