Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Exchanges

If there is a price difference during an exchange, an updated invoice will be issued after the original item has been returned and inspected.

Refunds

All approved refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Customers may also choose store credit for the full purchase amount instead of a refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund approval.

Missing accessories or components — including bass knobs, wiring, hardware, or manuals — may result in deductions from the refund amount.
